About Voxad - Background and Mission Statement

Established in 1988, Voxad Telesystems was one of the first UK suppliers of CT and IVR systems. We are here to stay; thus our strategy is long term and much of our new business comes from recommendation. Voxad exists to provide the best CT & IVR solutions for each and every customer. "Best" does not necessarily mean the biggest or most expensive option. We believe that it is in our interest to match customer requirements with best-available-fit solutions. We don't hard sell equipment that is over specified for the task at-hand, but try to match the equipment with the customers real needs. Sometimes, we will recommend alternative solutions, where a suitable alternative already exists and we'll be honest if we feel that the proposed project is impractical or non cost-effective. We try hard to be an ethical business. We always source materials from renewable resources where at all possible and avoid investments that are politically or environmentally questionable.
