Some businesses and organisations have installed IVR or CT equipment, but are dissatisfied with the results. There can be that nagging doubt: " I'm sure this could be better - but how do I achieve that". We are convinced that more than 50% of the success of a properly implemented CT system is dependent, not on the ability of the equipment to execute the required functions, but on the way the system is perceived by the caller.
