report provides an 'Audiotex'-like service for business customers, giving
the latest information on delays in national and international mail deliveries.
A simple System Operator
interface provides for the quick update of recorded information, whilst
comprehensive statistics are available both on-screen and via print-out.
A separate service
on the same system provides a special version of the report for North
American customers calling via a 1-800 number in the USA.
